A WOMAN who was taken to hospital to be tested for deadly swine flu was due to be allowed home this afternoon.
The 62-year-old, from Canada, who was visiting family in Sale, tested negative for the virus which has killed more than 150 people in Mexico. She was admitted to North Manchester General Hospital on Monday morning and stayed in overnight until all the tests results were back.
Health officials say she now seems 'well'.
