Have Nintendo made it third Christmas lucky in regard to fulfilling demand? Last year I had to wait until the beginning of February to get my hands on one.
I know it's partly through the desire to generate hype and publicity that they never produce enough consoles or related accessories but surely there comes a point where they're only doing themselves harm?
Method behind the madness, limit the supply and it keeps the price high. Also if you've £200 to spend on one and can't get one what do you do? Buy something else. And then you go back later to buy one when it becomes available so instead of getting £200 the shop gets £200 plus the money you spent on the substitute present.Marvellous.
Hmm, I got mine for £130 with no supply problems. I'm getting an xbox 360 for christmas this year. Hurrah!
