THIEVES broke into an electrical store and stole TVs and sound systems worth thousands of pounds.
They forced open the shutters at Martin Dawes on Caroline Street, in Wigan, and took TVs and surround sound systems made by Sony, LG, Panasonic and Samsung televisions, with screens varying from 26 to 50 inches.
The break in happened between 9.15pm on Friday and 9am this morning and the thieves fled in a car.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw anything they think is connected with the burglary or if they have been offered any of the stolen goods for sale to call Con Danny O'Neil on 0161 872 5050 or Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
