A Man was viciously beaten in an unprovoked attack by three men as he walked along a Wigan road. The 39-year-old victim was approached by the thugs on Withington Road and struck with a weapon which knocked him to the ground.
He was then hit several times on the head, leaving him with swelling to his left eye, bruising to his right eye, and cuts to his nose. The men were white and wore dark clothes. One was tall, bald and stocky and wore a dark fleece.
Pc Eve Shadlock said: "This was a brutal and unprovoked assault on a man who was simply minding his own business. The level of violence is quite disturbing as it only takes one blow to the head for there to be fatal consequences. It is lucky the victim did not suffer more major injuries.
"However, the physical and emotional distress he has been subjected to is unacceptable and it is vital we apprehend his attackers."

Where they are sent in to conflict areas with no weapons. As they are shot by the taliban our real heros can watch where the taliban are shooting from, and fire from a safe distance..
