A TEENAGE girl was subjected to a 'disgusting' sex attack by two men who grabbed her near to a train station.

The girl was walking along Sackville Street, in Ashton, when she was approached from behind, and dragged to the floor.

The unconscious girl was then taken to a nearby car park by four men, two of who raped her.

Detective Constable Sarah McAlister of Tameside CID said: "These men have attacked a young girl who was out on her own and subjected her to the most disgusting attack.

"It happened in a busy area near to the train station, and I am appealing to anyone that may have been out in the area at the time of the attack, or who recognises the descriptions of the offenders, to call police."

The first offender was about 21 years old, 6 ft 2 and wore a black Trespass coat. The second was of mixed race, aged about 27, 5 ft 9 and well built, with a shaven head. A third man was about 24, and of medium build. The fourth man was about 29, and about 6 ft 4.
