TWO men have been arrested at Manchester Airport on suspicion of possessing ammunition.

The men, aged 38 and 41, were detained by police after returning to Britain on a flight from Pakistan.

They were arrested on suspicion of possessing a Section One firearm, identified as ammunition, and were being questioned at Pendleton Police Station.
