A 92-year-old woman has suffered a broken hip in a collision with a car in Heywood, Greater Manchester.

The crash happened when the woman was crossing Bamford Road and was in collision with a Vauxhall Zafira. She was taken to Fairfield Hospital.

Her injuries are reportedly not life threatening, and nobody else was injured in the collision.
