PRINCE Edward has opened a new £38m education centre. Edward, pictured, visited Macclesfield Learning Zone, which helps people searching for jobs and advises small businesses.
The Learning Zone has been funded by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA), the Learning and Skills Council and Cheshire County Council.
NWDA chief Steven Broomhead said: "Key priorities of the NWDA are supporting businesses, ensuring the development of skills and training and improving quality of life in the north west.
"Macclesfield Learning Zone is fundamental to achieving these objectives. It is an excellent facility which will benefit local people and businesses for many years to come."
