THE sizzling sunshine is set to stay with us for the next couple of days.

The glorious weather saw daytrippers flocking to beaches and parks this weekend as temperatures soared.

A Met Office spokesman said: "A high pressure front will mean another fine and dry day today for most parts of Greater Manchester, although temperatures will not be quite so high as the weekend

"Conditions tomorrow and into Wednesday look much the same, but there is the possibility of showers by Thursday," he said.
