THE pages of history are being turned back at Tatton Park's historic Old Hall next weekend, when visitors can take a trip back in time.

Actors portraying the Stanley family, who were the controversial 15th century owners of the first hall on the estate, will be in residence for two days, and guests will have a rare opportunity to take a peek into the past.

The event is on Saturday and Sunday, at 12-5pm.
