VICTORIA Beckham is the world's worst dressed celebrity, according to an influential fashion critic.

Acid-tongued `Mr Blackwell', who started the list in 1960, attacked entertainment's biggest stars in the latest compilation of fashion follies.

He said: "Forget the fashion spice, wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em." It's not the first time he has criticised Posh. In 1998, the Spice Girls were voted worst dressed on his annual list.

This year, Amy Winehouse was runner-up in his list. He said: "Exploding beehives above, tacky polka-dots below, she's part 50s carhop horror."

But he praised the dress sense of Helen Mirren and Prince William's girlfriend Kate Middleton, among others.
