Man injured in shooting

A MAN was injured when shots were fired in Moss Side. He suffered a grazed arm and was taken to hospital as a precaution.

Police were called to Rosebery Street after a man was seen with a gun. They found the 34-year-old victim on nearby Cowesby Street.

A police spokesman said: "It is believed the graze could have been caused by one of the several shots fired during the incident."

Police patrols have been stepped up in the area.

hmmm,,again,,,,take away all the decent people down there,,,then cordon the area off and give the rest AK47s,,,let it be open day on each other,,may save the tax payer some money!!

let them just get on with it and save the taxpayer money. you do not get shot for nothing. i am sure there are decent people in and around moss side. get them out then fence it off and let the scum kill each other and in a few weeks we wont have to hear about it again

and put the decent folk where, exactely? uproot thousands of honest, hardworking families so the area can become a free-for-all for gun toting toerags?

send the police in by all means. they know who these scumbags are and they know where they live. clear out the scum, not the good folk of moss side!
