THE bodies of two dead dogs were found inside bin bags on a car park. A passer-by found the Staffordshire bull terrier cross-breeds, one male and one female, dumped off High Street.
The male was in two bin bags and showed no signs of injury.
The female was in a separate bag and was bleeding from the nose, ears and mouth.
Neither had a collar or microchip.
The RSPCA is appealing for anyone with information to call 0870 5555999.

Poor dogs must have suffered terribly. There is no need for somebody to do this. If they didn't want the dogs, they should have taken them to the dogs home or the police. It must have been someone sadistic who took pleasure in doing what they did.
