A SCHOOLGIRL has been raped by five teenagers in Dukinfield, Cheshire.

The 14-year-old was grabbed by the youths as she walked along Birch Lane and dragged down an alley, where she was assaulted.

A police spokesman said: "We are doing all we can to trace the offenders and are stepping up patrols in the area."
