Brady, 69, claims his copyright was breached by author Duncan Staff and the publishers of a book about victim Keith Bennett, when they used five photographs which were among 200 taken by Brady and his lover Myra Hindley. They killed five young people between 1963 and 1965.
Brady, pictured, is also suing his former psychiatrist Prof Malcolm McCulloch, claiming he breached doctor-patient confidentiality when he contributed to a book about Hindley. Brady is seeking legal aid to pay for injunctions against Mr Staff, Prof McCulloch, and Ashworth Hospital, near Liverpool, where he has been detained since 1985. Tweet

Convicted criminals who are in prison should not be in a position to sue anybody.

So ironic that this man can feel self-righteous. Particularly while he still gets his kicks out of knowing where his innocent child victim Keith Bennett is buried, and nobody else does. He should not be paid any regard, certainly not until he comes up with the truth.
My niece was very nearly one of Brady's victims.
