On my trips back to grotty Manchester, the fall in standards are there for all to see - but to which locals ignore. I darent go into the centre of Manchester as its too dangerous. Many people I know have been mugged or attacked waiting for trams atPicadilly, or witnesses pub brawls.
Ill stay where i am thanks
