Marks & Spencer also phased out nut traces, artificial colours and preservatives from the range.
The move comes in response to high parental demand for organic treats for youngsters, the retailer says.
It applies to all children's Easter chocolate - from 99p lollipops to a £30 chocolate rabbit.
M&S spokesman Dean Beadle said: "Increasingly parents want to buy organic food for their children and our research suggests that parents will welcome the opportunity of going organic for Easter."
The retailer's survey of 500 customers last month showed 70% of parents thought going organic with the treats they bought was equally important as organic fruit and vegetables.
