The Invincibles account for about 25 per cent of Britons. This fit and healthy group rarely visit the doctor and never worry about their health.
The Engagers are the largest group, at 37 per cent. This crowd is in fairly good condition, but they like to seek medical advice and are generally concerned about their health.
The Anxious - 25 per cent - are in a fairly bad way and they know it. This group is extremely worried about their health, which constantly drives them seek medical advice.
The Apathetics make up the smallest group at just 13 per cent. People in this category are said to be in poor health, but they don't care enough to do anything about it and rarely make the effort to see a doctor.
"Clearly that's worrying, that there are still people who are not bothered about keeping healthy," Hicks says. "We need to find out why they feel that way and get them to take note of their own health." Tweet
