Quorum in final phase

Quorum Developments has started construction of the final phase of Brooke Park at Handforth Dean. Brooke Court will provide a total of 3,340 sq m of office space. Half of the units at the site have been pre-sold. Agents for the scheme are King Sturge and Edwards & Co.


Steel a peep


The first of more than 6,800 pieces of steel that will create the superstructure for the redeveloped northern section of Manchester Arndale have been hoisted and bolted into position. The start of steel erection will be the first visible sign of reconstruction in Prudential's £150m revamp of the Arndale, which is being managed by Bovis Lend Lease.

Following the completion of 41,211 sq ft of distribution and production units at Rokeby Court, Runcorn, north west-based Delma Developments is offering local businesses the opportunity to acquire new workspace. New recruits

Northern law firm, Mace & Jones, has boosted it Manchester and Liverpool commercial property law teams with the appointment of Mark Gaffney and Mark Knights. Mark Gaffney joins the firm from Addleshaw Goddard as partner and will be based in the Liverpool office. The Manchester office welcomes Mark Knights from Halliwell Landau in Manchester, who joins as a solicitor.
