WARRINGTON-based biotech firm ML Laboratories today continued its policy of selling non-core assets by disposing of an educational training subsidiary.

ML Labs sold Healthcare Education Services, which employs 12 people and is based in St Albans, to Bridgehead Pharmalicensing Group in return for a 10 per cent stake in the group. ML Labs has also paid £100,000 for a further two per cent stake.

HES turned over £1.2m and lost £300,000 last year. ML Labs plans to hold its shares in Bridgehead until the group floats or is sold. Tweet
