Agent buys into Bury park

THE Seddon Group has reported a further two sales at the Bury office development, Waterfold Business Park. A total of 1121 sq m has been taken in the first speculative phase with construction still to be completed.

The latest units have been bought by surveyors Cobe Consulting, relocating from Oldham, and one of the scheme's own marketing agents, Paul Nolan & Co, who will be moving into his new 186-sq m unit at the end of January.


Blackpool buy

ACTING on behalf of Retail Property Investments, surveyors at Lambert Smith Hampton's Manchester office have acquired 24 Bond Street, Blackpool, from private investors. The purchase price was £255,000, a net initial yield of 9.64 per cent.


Director Mark

DUNLOP Heywood Lorenz has promoted Mark Walsh, head of its landlord and tenant team in the north west, to be a director of the company. Walsh joined DHL in September 2001.
