B&B on the farm

WHITBREAD leisure group has acquired a freehold site of 0.8 ha at Oakenhurst Farm, Blackburn, off the M65.

The site will house a Brewsters family restaurant and an adjacent Travel Inn representing a total £3million investment, to open in April 2004.

WILLOW Court, a workshop development of 3,140 sq m has been completed in Warrington by Delma Developments, which is controlled by Lancashire leisure boss Trevor Hemmings.
