Shopping sites to be sold

OLDHAM'S Town Square and Spindles shopping centres could soon change hands if a £310m deal is agreed.

The centre are part of a portfolio being sold by REIT Asset Man- agement. The billionaire Reuben brothers are behind one bidder.
