KF invests in de Massey
KNIGHT Frank has strengthened the investment team at its commercial office in Manchester.

Michael de Massey joins partner Andrew Richardson and senior surveyor Abid Jaffry, as the company places greater emphasis on investment.

Horwich deals
FOLLOWING a £1m refurbishment, four deals have been agreed at Horwich office block Rivington House, Chorley New Road. New tenants include Joyriders, ITW Welding Products and MDMS.

Tim moves in
CONTRACTS specialist Tim McGoldrick has joined construction consultancy EC Harris to head the northern contract advisory team. McGoldrick, 44, previously worked for James R Knowles and Faithful & Gould. Tweet
