High Peak park launch

A LAUNCH ceremony has been held at Rossington Park to mark the beginning of work to transform the site that will play a key role in the economic development of Glossopdale.

The High Peak Partnership has successfully bid for a £1.1m SRB grant from the East Midlands Development Agency to help fund the infrastructure works.


Warehouse sale

EP2 surveyors have sold two warehouse sites for £4. 05m, acting in both cases for the vendor, F R Evans (Leeds) Limited. North West Industrial Estates paid £2.56m for a 5,100-sq m warehouse and office complex on a 1. 1-ha site at Parkway Business Centre, Deeside Industrial Estate.
