AGENTS have reported a rare opportunity to buy a large South Manchester factory site.

Lambert Smith Hampton is acting on behalf of German chemical giant BASF to find a buyer for the 7,800-sq m property at Stanley Green industrial estate, Handforth.


Macclesfield swoop

INSIGNIA Richard Ellis, on behalf of client ARD Properties Limited, has acquired the 989-sq m Halfords retail warehouse at Churchill Way, Macclesfield, for £1,542,000 from Leicestershire county council pension fund at a yield of 5.95 per cent. The vendor's agents were Colliers CRE.
