PEEL Holdings is to sell a 0.6-ha residential development site at Salford Quays.
Offers for the site, which is earmarked for a mix of apartments and car parking in two multi-storey blocks, are expected to top '4m.

THE Chancellor of the Exchequer's Budget decision to exempt some parts of Manchester from stamp duty has eased the sale of an industrial property in Openshaw. The 1,330-sq m unit at Louisa Street has been sold for '310,000 to Venus Foods.
