OFFICE property specialist Canning O'Neill has acquired new offices for Global Graphics Software at 2 Manchester Road, Wilmslow. The new tenants will pay landlords Orbit Investments a rent of '14,285 a year for the 85-sq m office suite.

Chorley park

REDROW and Barratt are nearing completion of the 7,430-sq m first phase at their Matrix Park industrial and warehouse scheme at Buckshaw village near Chorley. The site has seen major road improvements as part of the development scheme.

Takeover

CRE Colliers has agreed to a takeover of rival surveyors NAI Gooch Webster. Both firms have small offices in Manchester.

Mars lets

MARS Pension Fund has let two units at Slough Industrial Estate, Salford, to Lee Colins, paying '4,150 pa and First Taste at '5,000.
