TWO Salford university graduates have set up a new mobile internet service.

MPP Global Solutions has launched MyPocket Pal.com, the brainchild of Paul Johnson and Chris Cheney, both 28.

The service provides online and WAP-based diary planning, newsfeed to WAP phones and gift buying services.

MyPocketPal.com stores important dates, birthdays and anniversaries and users receive a timely prompt days before the event with tailored gift ideas which can be organised inst- antly.

As well as traditional gifts the site offers more creative ideas, including a day's instruction in the art of flirting, tennis coaching from a Wimbledon champion or cooking lessons from a TV chef.
