Ep2 came out victorious in a seven-way pitch to secure the three-year contract. The portfolio includes 19 properties, stretching from Scarborough to Cornwall.
The win is a coup for newly-recruited head of asset management Fiona Hobson. She joined the firm after defecting from rivals Jones Lang LaSalle earlier this year. Fiona said: "This commission is very much a result of team effort, involving not just my own department but colleagues from investment, building surveying and professional."
Anne Conyon, finance controller at the Shepherds Friendly Society, said: "Ep2 Elliott demonstrated their commitment, not only to meeting the brief, but exceeding it." Tweet
