St John Ambulance has appointed NAI Fuller Peiser to sell 0.7 acres of surplus land at its new headquarters on Crossley Road, Heaton Chapel, Stockport. NAI Fuller Peiser will sell the site through a process of formal tender, with bids due in by November 10. The site is part of a former aircraft factory which produced World War One bombers before being used to manufacture the Crossley Motor Cars and Trucks throughout the 1920s.
Agents at Lambert Smith Hamptonés Manchester office have been instructed to let a warehouse unit on Poynton Industrial Estate. Unit Four, on Second Avenue, comprises 7,276 sq. ft. and is available to rent for é32,500 a year.
The Hurstwood Group is opening the doors to a 18,000sq ft development at Leyland. Hurstwood has completed the speculative construction on the facility which forms part of the companyés é8m industrial estate, Hurstwood Court, part of the seven-acre Lancashire Business Park.
