NABEEL Chowdery's Manchester-based property investment company Property Route has appointed David Pelham FRICS as the company's property director.

A chartered surveyor with over 30 years' experience in property management, Mr Chowdery was previously regional manager at CG Properties in Manchester, where he was responsible for the North East, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
