BOLTON commercial and residential property developer Charles Topham Group has bought a 20-acre site close to junction four of the M65 at Blackburn and plans to turn it into a major business park.

VICTORIA Steventon has joined the European division of property consultants Donaldsons as a principal surveyor and will be working out of the Manchester office. She has moved from DTZ Debenham Tie Leung in Manchester. Victoria, who speaks French and German, will work with partner Mike Holt in the shopping centre asset management team.

THE North West Regional Development Agency has been praised by the National Audit Office. It measured how effectively the agency is working to improve the region's economy and found it is performing strongly, with `a clear vision of what it wants to achieve as an organisation'. Tweet
