DAVID Russell, chairman of Property Alliance Group won the Property Personality of the Year Award at the Insider Property Awards North West last week.

Mr Russell achieved the honour after a poll of the 800 guests at the Manchester International Convention Centre.

He saw off competition from five other leading lights in the property world.

The kitchens tycoon turned property developer will now join an illustrious group of winners of this award in the North West Property Hall of Fame.

Other winners included MBLC in the Architects Practice of the Year category and Ask Developments as Commercial Developer of the Year. Tweet
