LAMBERT Smith Hampton has made an agreement to lease 11,000 sq. ft. of office space at Delaunays Road to Manchester City Council, for Northwards Housing, in North Manchester.

Landlords were Avecia, and the rent is é8.50 a sq ft.

THE Hurstwood Group has completed the purchase of a 14,000 sq ft business unit at Shadsworth Industrial Estate, Blackburn.

The building, on Sett End Road, was formerly the home to pet food suppliers Dugdale Davies Limited.
