FINANCIAL experts at the Manchester office of accountants PKF are hoping for a healthy return on their latest venture.

The firm is providing financial planning advice to the city's GPs, consultants and dentists.

PKF Medical Services is being spearheaded by Kim Lightfoot and will provide advice on personal and business protection issues, retirement planning and investments, mortgages and inheritance tax.

Kim said: "Demand for advice from the medical professions has grown significantly in recent years, in line with a raft of new legislation affecting contracts and pension schemes."
