The company is to occupy Jackson House, Sibson Road in Sale. Daniel Bourmad at Knight Frank in Manchester has brought in Harrington Brooks on a 10-year lease, taking 13,816 sq ft on the third floor at an agreed rent of £15.50 per sq ft. The deal, brokered by Knight Frank Commercial of Manchester, sees the firm take a ten-year lease with a five-year break option and will move into the third floor, which has recently been the subject of a major refurbishment.
The landlord is HSBC Bank Pension Trust (UK), (managed by La Salle Investment Management). Harrington Brooks is to relocate from Timperley. Bourmad, associate at Knight Frank, said: "Harrington wanted to stay in south Manchester close to the Metrolink and ideally on a single floor. Staff retention was of major importance as was public transport and local amenities."
