Baggage in the bag

DTZ, acting on behalf of Mistral Developments, has let Unit 1 Cornishway Industrial Estate, Wythenshawe, to mislaid and lost baggage tracking company Express Baggage, on a ten-year lease for '17,997 a year.

Facelift

ROAD Two, a factory development at Winsford Industrial Estate, is to be refurbished following a deal completed by NAI Fuller Peiser, who acted in the sale of the premises to GS Wholesale. The estate, five miles from Junction 18 of the M6, comprises 30-year-old manufacturing and office facilities.

Brown fields

LAW firm Shammah Nicholls is advising on the acquisition of four north west brownfield sites on behalf of Nuttall Construction.The sites have planning permission for 140,000 sq ft of housing, sales in excess of '30m. The sites are at Middleton, Weaste, Cadishead and Swinton. Building will begin next month.

Estate buy

COLLIERS CRE, acting for Aggmore Properties, has acquired an industrial unit on the North Cheshire Trading Estate in Birkenhead, for '1.31m. The 23,738-sq ft property is let to Aldridge Fabrications for 11 years at '110,000 pa, with a fixed increase to '132,000 pa from June 2009.
