SEDDON Developments, part of the Bolton-based Seddon Group, has launched its latest 90,000-sq ft office development, Oak Green, Handforth. Demolition of the derelict 1970s office blocks at the site has already started.

Bury lets

NAI Fuller Peiser and Eddisons have let units 4 and 6 on Bracken Trade Park, Bury. Unit 4 has been let to Ammeraal Beltech leading manufacturer of conveyor belt equipment, at a rental of '20,000 a year. Unit 6 has been let to City Plumbing Supplies, a subsidiary of Travis Perkins at '27,000 a year.
