Developer Argent and its partner, the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund, have wasted no time in demolishing the eyesore that was Elisabeth House, St Peter‘s Square.

Salford-based demolition expert Connell Brothers has been appointed to carry out the contract and is expected to complete it by April.
