ICO expands in Wilmslow

THE Information Commissioners' Office (ICO) is to expand in Wilmslow. Advising ICO, consultants Donaldsons says the commissioners have taken space at the Town House at 52, Alderley Road.

ICO will retain existing HQ premises at Kings Court and expand into 8,836 sq ft over the ground and first-floors at the Town House. The passing rental is '12.36 per sq ft.

Aurain Hulme

THE Royal Bank of Scotland's commercial banking team has provided funding to Manchester-based Aura Homes to enable it to meet its plans for the development of a '12m commercial and residential scheme in Hulme.

Delma let

DELMA Developments has let a 11,390-sq ft warehouse at its '11m Broadfield distribution centre, Heywood, at a rent of '52.5 a sq ft. The deal marks completion of the first phase.
