The talk will be given by professional business coach and trainer Will Kintish on August 29, details of which have just been announced. The evening event will be sponsored by planning consultants Robert Turley Associates.
Paul Singleton said: "As a company recognising the importance of networking, Turleys is pleased to sponsor this special event and is confident that everyone attending will benefit from Will Kintish's tips."
The event will be free, but tickets will be strictly limited to 200. It follows a series of talks by professionals since the launch of the M.E.N. Property Club earlier this year.
Most recently, Steve Spivey of Fuller Peiser warned that finding tenants for Manchester's massive new warehouses is going to require more flexibility from landlords.
Spivey told the last meeting that tenants were demanding higher standards and more flexible leases. He said: "Decline in manufacturing has meant that landlords of big sheds have turned their attention to attracting interest from the logistics sector.
"But operators in this sector are demanding quality accommodation and shorter leases. In order to compete, rather than reducing rents, landlords are becoming flexible about their lease terms."
Spivey advised agents to establish strong links with logistics companies in order to offer valuable advice to both landlords and tenants, in which is now a national market-place. Tweet
