A '100M leisure and retail scheme, including a casino and rugby stadium, is to be built in St. Helens by Langtree.
The north west developer plans to create an 18,000-seat stadium for St Helens RLFC, together with 250,000 sq ft of leisure space and 130,000 sq ft of retailing on the 50-acre site of the former St Helens Glass bottle factory.

ACTING for clients of ING Real Estate Investment Management and developer Chestergate Heath, surveyors King Sturge and DGI have disposed of the last unit at Guinness Circle, Trafford Park. The 3,270-sq m property, has been sold to local firm Continental Fine Foods.
