DTZ Debenham Tie Leung were crowned champions of the Modus Euro 2004 football tournament, June 18 at the JJB Soccerdome.

DTZ, representing the Czech Republic, beat Nationwide Building Society, representing Denmark, on penalties. The event, sponsored by property developers Modus, raised over '2,000 for Children's Hospital Appeal Trust.
