A NEW development called the Business Quarter is creating a buzz at the office scheme at Whitworth Court, Runcorn.

Joint agents Knight Frank and Eileen Bilton have already signed up five companies on the speculative scheme by Gladman at Manor Park, off the A558 Daresbury Expressway close to junction 11 of the M56.
