Skills let at Exchange

PROPERTY Alliance Group says its newly refurbished 2,530-sq m Merchant Exchange office scheme at Whitworth Street West has gone from strength to strength. Since completion last November, Alliance has let ground, first and second floors, totalling 1,280 sq m, to government agency Skills Solution. Joint agents, Edwards & Co and Lambeth Smith Hampton report strong interest in the remaining.


Matrix buy

MATRIX Property Investment has bought 12 high street retail investment properties across Merseyside and Lancashire for an undisclosed sum from a private pension fund. Altrincham-based Matrix, a subsidiary company of the Hollins Murray Group, was formed three years ago.


MDA deal

NORTH west commercial and residential property company MDA has launched a new phase of growth by signing a deal with '100m turnover property firm, the Property Alliance Group. PAG has agreed a five-year deal to rent 280 sq m of office space from MDA at the company's new premises in Trafford Park


Site approved

NORTH west developers The Hurstwood Group has acquired a new 1.4-ha commercial development site in Shrewsbury with planning consent for a hotel, restaurant and petrol filling station. Tweet
