Orbit lets at Wilmslow

ORBIT Developments, commercial division of the Emerson Group, has secured two high-profile lettings in Wilmslow, boosting the most buoyant office market in South Manchester.

Jockey UK, the international underwear brand, and Hilary Meredith, the personal injury specialist, have both taken over 790 sq m of space. Jockey has relocated from Gateshead to Orbit's Crown House, a newly refurbished town centre office building, as its new UK headquarters.


Love in

PLANNING and urban design consultancy, Turley Associates, has appointed Graham Love as an associate director at its Manchester office. He joins from FPDSavills where he led the planning and urban design team.
