Lang launch with Abito

A NEW division of Ask Property Developments has been set up with former development consultant Les Lang at the helm.

Together with Ask's chief executive Ken Knott and directors Simon Bate and Andy Dodd, Lang has formed Abito Limited, to develop new residential and commercial property products across the UK.

Abito's first scheme is a unique form of residential development in city centre Manchester.

New phase

MAPLE Grove Developments, an arm of the Eric Wright Group, says that Stonecross Technology management centre, latest phase of the business park in Wigan, is due for completion in May. The 2,500-sq m office centre is on the A580 East Lancs Road. Letting agents are DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and Hitchcock Wright & Partners.

Alan joins

ALAN Wooltorton has joined the transport planning division of Parkman as business manager. Based at Parkman's Manchester office, he will head a team of over 20 staff engaged on a wide range of transportation and regeneration projects.

Graham quits

RETAIL surveyor Graham Coward has left Jones Lang La Salle. The international surveying firm, which recently lost its regional boss Andrew Shaw to rivals CB Richard Ellis, says the departure was amicable on both sides.
