Leeds-based KW Linfoot was placed in administration yesterday, with its directors blaming the banks' `complete withdrawal' of funding for its demise.
But the company's directors have stated that Salford Quays' Manyoo development will continue as a result of its partner company's commitment to it.
Manyoo will have 26 storeys with 1,036 apartments over four towers that will `quite literally change the skyline of Salford Quays'.
Building work is expected to conclude in spring 2011 and properties at the development, which consists of a mix of smartpads, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, starts at £98,500.
BWC Solutions, which was appointed administrator yesterday, is continuing to search for a buyer for Linfoot.
