MANCHESTER consultancy Property Tectonics is celebrating a double contract boost.

It has been appointed to oversee Ask's £40m Urmston town centre regeneration scheme and a £1.3m project at London's Moorfields Eye Hospital. The Urmston scheme is for a complex of flats, shops, a library and parking.
